Harbour View is a smart modern, 2 bed / 2 bathroom apartment with a well equipped and stylish interior. It has stunning sea and coastal views from the two sets of French doors and from the balcony. It has a dedicated parking space immediately in front of the building. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk with the the shops and restaurants of St Ives town centre only a few more minutes away.
Primrose Court is a lovely Edwardian property originally built to meet the new tourist demand which began with the introduction of the railway. It is in the delightfully named Primrose Valley which runs down the St Ives hillside, ending at Porthminster Beach.
The award-winning Porthminster Beach, with its famous ‘gastro’ beach cafe, is a very short stroll of perhaps 250m. Tennis courts opposite the house are open to the public from Mon-Fri.
St Ives’ tiny railway station is a few minutes walk making it ideal for those who don’t want to bring their car. But for those that do, the flat has a dedicated car parking space – essential in St Ives – right outside.
The bus station is also just a short walk and offers a range of local and further afield attractions including Lands End, the Eden Project etc.

It’s perfectly positioned for a great beach holiday. Within minutes you’ll be applying the sun cream! The large balcony provides a great space to watch the fishing boats plying in and out of the harbour and to watch activity on the beach. And what better place to enjoy a glass of wine or Cornish beer than a sunny balcony!
Its a bright and spacious flat, very well equipped with everything you need for the perfect beach holiday. Newly fitted 55″ wall-mounted Samsung HDR Ultra smart TV with Netflix movies. So great nights in too! The car park space outside is very important for any holiday in St Ives.

We had a fantastic week in this apartment, very clean and smart, with large flat screen TV and entertainment. Only a short walk to the beach and to the town so no need to use the car all week. Note that parking is on a very steep gradient and also worth noting that it is a steep walk up the hill and then 4 flights of stairs to the apartment. We had an enjoyable week in this lovely apartment and would recommend.
Thank you for making our holiday so special. The apartment was spotless as always and the Cream Tea and Cornish Tea/Coffee was a lovely welcoming treat. The new ensuite is very glamorous and the shower is lovely. We all enjoyed the large screen TV and Netflix. It's nice to have the towels and bed linens changed after the first week. We will be coming back next year!!
The 2nd time we’ve stayed and we love it (family with 2 young kids). Walking distance to everywhere in St Ives and a parking space.
Very nice clean property, close to beach and easy walk into town. Would not suit anyone with disabilities as need to climb up steep hill and 4 flight of steps to apartment.
We have had an amazing holiday with friends in this wonderful apartment. It is very clean, well equipped and in a great location just minutes from Fore Street and the harbour. The view from the balcony is second to none. I’m sure we will revisit very soon.
Myself, my husband, 2 teenage daughters and 2 shih tzu dogs enjoyed this Easter at Harbour View apartment. The directions provided took us straight to the apartment which was beautiful, spacious and had spectacular views from the patio doors and balcony. It was located at the top of a steep hill and then up quite a few steps to the front door but thats what you expect in St Ives and you can park the car straight outside the property. Great location - at the bottom of the hill is Porthminster Beach and cafe. Dogs are not allowed on this beach at this time of year (Easter to end September) but they are allowed in part of the cafe - which serves great food. The walk from the bottom of the hill into st Ives is flat and has lovely views along the way. A couple of dog beaches in st Ives which our 2 loved and they’re allowed on the others before 8am and after 7pm. St Ives is one of our favourite places to holiday. Lovely beaches, nice little shops and great places to eat. We love St Ives and this apartment was great we would not hesitate to visit again.

Comfortable, near the town centre, good views, well equipped, attentive hosts. What more to say! The scones, clotted cream and jam on arrival were very welcome and typical caring touch!
The apartment was perfect for our family of 3. The cream tea that was waiting for us on arrival was a great start for our holidays. The apartment was spotlessly clean and it was lovely to have a change of bedding for the second week! The apartment is in the best location to explore St Ives and just a short stroll to the beach. Flat is well equipped and gave us a perfect location close to beach and town. The allocated parking space is another reason we chose this flat as parking in St Ives is not always easy. The flat was everything we had wanted for accommodation and would heartily recommend!
